Are You Over Your Ex?
It’s a valid question that I wish a lot more guys would answer before they set off trying to date again. Ask yourself, “are you really over your ex?”
If you’re not, then you must know that whatever you try to do in regards to dating new women is probably going to be an up hill struggle. Getting over an ex takes time and depending on how the relationship ended and under what circumstance, it can also take some effort.
Now does that mean that if you feel you’re not over your ex, you shouldn’t get out there and date and get yourself some fun? HELL NO!! All it means is that you should keep your emotional situation in mind and let any woman you’re getting even midly serious about, know the score.
In fact a great tactic to getting over an ex is to get out and have some casual dates and re-focus on yourself and what you need to get past the emotional mess. One of the worst things you can do is to stay home and obssess about what went wrong and how you feel. By all means accept what you’re feeling, but don’t make how you feel the centre of your existance.
Now if you feel you can’t and don’t want to get over your ex, then you might want to consider if you should get your ex back. Getting your ex back in some quarters is not the way to go, but if you love her and you think she might still love you, get in there! If the relationship was relatively healthy i.e. no violence etc, then it might be in your best interest to think seriously about getting her back.
